Dani earned her CPA designation in 2019, after graduating from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2015. She is currently in her second year of study in the CPA In-depth tax course.

Dani was born in England but grew up in Revelstoke, BC, where she trained as an alpine ski racer. She has competed as an elite athlete at provincial, national, and international events. In addition to spending her free time out on the slopes, she hikes with her dog, Sydney, and practices yoga.
